Assetwise Moves Forward in the Real Estate Market in 2020, Expanding Blue Ocean Market with Campus Condo Developments Targeting Potential Customers, Planning to Launch New Projects Worth Over 6 Billion Baht
Assetwise strengthens its position for a challenging year, focusing on robust development across all dimensions. The company is advancing into the blue ocean market by expanding its campus condo developments, emphasizing differentiation after receiving continuous positive feedback. It is preparing to launch new projects worth over 6 billion baht in 2020, including both horizontal and vertical developments, as well as its first community mall, and is set to enter mixed-use projects in the future.

Mr. Kramchet Wiphanpong, CEO of Assetwise Co., Ltd., revealed that in 2019, the company launched new projects worth over 6.7 billion baht, such as KAVE Town Shift, Atmoz Chaengwattana, Modiz Collection Bangpho, KAVE TU, and Baan Phuripuri Phase Townhome, all of which received satisfactory responses. Additionally, five projects have been completed, including Modiz Ratchada 32, Atmoz Ladprao 71, Atmoz Ladprao 15, Brown Ratchada-Huai Khwang, and Glam, which are currently in the process of transferring ownership.
“For 2020, the real estate sector faces challenges, but for Assetwise, it represents a significant opportunity to pivot our business operations. We are focusing on growth in the blue ocean market by developing more campus condominiums near educational institutions through the KAVE brand, which is distinguished by its prime locations near major universities and large common areas for various creative activities, all under a strong security system. Previously, Assetwise has developed four campus condo projects around Bangkok University and Thammasat University Rangsit, which have received excellent feedback from customers interested in the potential and uniqueness of these projects. This success is evidenced by the KAVE CONDO opposite Bangkok University Rangsit, which has a 100% occupancy rate among students and a constantly increasing demand.

Furthermore, Assetwise is expanding its business into community malls, with plans to open its first community mall this year in front of KAVE TOWN at Bangkok University Rangsit. This initiative aims to enhance the living experience for residents of KAVE TOWN and the surrounding community, as well as serve as a mini rest area for travelers. The company will continue to develop mixed-use projects. With the completion and activation of more electric train routes this year and stable land prices, it presents a great opportunity for expansion into new locations.”
Assetwise has laid out a roadmap with four main strategies for sustainable growth, which include:
- PRODUCT DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGY: Defining product segmentation suitable for locations and lifestyles of target groups through three main condominium brands: MODIZ, a high-rise condo near public transport and main roads catering to urban lifestyles; ATMOZ, a resort-style condo with large common areas; and KAVE, a campus condo with diverse activity spaces.
- LIFESTYLE FULFILLMENT STRATEGY: Creatively developing common areas with innovative concepts in every project, such as KAVE CLUB, which accommodates E-Sports activities alongside an E-Library and Co-Working Space. Currently, it is popular among students interested in E-Sports at the KAVE TOWN Rangsit sales office, marking a first in the Thai real estate industry to create spaces specifically for E-Sports activities.
- FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE: Facilitating customers seeking loans from various financial institutions to access online services quickly through the Fin Plus application.
- HAPPINESS SHARING STRATEGY: Under the concept of “sharing happiness,” through the design of common areas and activities in condos that promote interaction among residents. Various activities are organized through ASSETWISE CLUB, focusing on health, travel, workshops, and inviting customers to participate in social responsibility (CSR) activities under the idea of sharing happiness by donating goods, efforts, and time to spread joy to society. This initiative has led the company to receive the prestigious award for “Promoting Virtue in Organizations” and the popular vote award for “Promoting Virtue in Organizations” at the MORAL BUSINESS FORUM 2020 for its volunteer project sharing happiness.
In 2019, Assetwise also received the Gold Award for the SMEs Excellence Awards 2019 from General Prayuth Chan-o-cha, the Prime Minister, awarded by the Thailand Management Association (TMA), recognizing organizations that excel in overall management and operate transparently, ethically, and with good governance. Additionally, Assetwise won the Top 10 Developer award at the prestigious BCI ASIA AWARDS 2019 for its quality and outstanding project developments, including Atmoz Ladprao 71, Atmoz Ladprao 15, and Modiz Sukhumvit 50, all of which reflect quality and attention to detail while considering environmental impacts to cater to all customer lifestyles.
“Alongside diverse developments, this year, the company plans to launch new projects worth over 6 billion baht, comprising two horizontal projects and two vertical projects. Additionally, three projects will be completed this year, including Atmoz Changwattana, Atmoz Ratchada Huaykwang, and KAVE TOWN SPACE,”
“Given the continuous positive feedback, we expect to drive and strengthen the organization in preparation for entering the stock market, with good news anticipated soon,” Mr. Kramchet concluded.
